The fourth-gen idol, known for his candid and humorous updates, revealed he’s working on his “summer body” by eating just one chicken breast a day.

Prince openly admits his diet is voluntary but necessary for photoshoots and comebacks. He confessed missing the start of his diet multiple times due to eating out but stuck to fasting 23 hours a day when he did.

For the last three days, Prince combined his chicken breast-only diet with two hours daily at the gym—one hour cardio, one hour weightlifting.

He also shared the supplements he takes during this period. By the end of the week (technically three days on the strict diet), he lost 5KG (about 11 pounds).

The idol’s rapid weight loss sparked concern online. Health experts generally recommend losing 1-2 pounds a week with rest days, making Prince’s results and minimal food intake stand out.
