TripleS Surpasses 500,000 Album Sales with ASSEMBLE25
TripleS, the 24-member multinational girl group under Modhaus, has made significant strides in their career with the remarkable success of their latest album, ASSEMBLE25. The album has sold over 516,626 copies within its first week, marking a more than threefold increase compared to their previous release, ASSEMBLE24, which sold 152,335 copies.
This impressive sales record places TripleS fourth in the rankings for the highest first-week album sales by girl groups in 2025, demonstrating their growing influence in the K-pop industry. The group achieved this milestone amidst remarkable fan engagement, with sales figures released daily showing a strong start: 231,957 on Day 1, 174,502 on Day 2, and continued momentum throughout the week.
The boost in sales has surprised fans and netizens alike, with an increase of over 200% showcasing the group’s rapid rise. TripleS now joins a prestigious list that includes top-selling albums from other girl groups this year, such as IVE’s IVE EMPATHY and NMIXX’s Fe3O4: FORWARD.
Distinctively designed, TripleS operates with a unique structure where members alternate between group, unit, and solo activities based on fan votes, enabling a decentralized approach to idol management. Their innovative use of blockchain-based "Objekts" allows fans to influence sub-unit lineups and content, effectively engaging their audience in decision-making processes.
The group made their debut on February 13, 2023, releasing their first EP, Assemble, which featured the title track "Rising." Since then, they have expanded their lineup and released a full-length studio album, ASSEMBLE24, in May 2024. ASSEMBLE25, which dropped on May 12, 2025, is fronted by the lead single “Are You Alive.”
With the introduction of various sub-units such as VisionaryVision, Acid Angel from Asia, and Krystal Eyes, TripleS continues to showcase diverse musical styles and member combinations, enhancing their artistic identity. The growing sales figures position them favorably within the highly competitive fifth-generation K-pop landscape, leaving fans eager to see how their innovative concept will unfold in the future.
