Cha Eun Woo and Go Yoon Jung have captivated audiences with their undeniable chemistry in a newly released campaign film, marking their first collaboration.
Directed by filmmaker Yoo Kwang Hong, known for his refined aesthetic, the film explores the emotional significance of calling someone by their name. The concept portrays the moment when vague feelings deepen into something profound, with the actors’ quiet yet powerful eye contact evoking strong emotions.
To achieve a soft, minimalistic French mood, the production used a 16mm film camera, creating a lyrical and warm visual texture that stands out from digital formats.
The campaign film will premiere on May 13 at 10 AM KST on the Marithé et François Girbaud YouTube channel, available in 15-second and 30-second versions. It will also appear on TV commercials, Netflix, public displays along Dosan-daero, subway stations, and Korean Air in-flight entertainment.
Fans have already praised the duo’s chemistry, with many comparing their dynamic to a romantic movie scene.
