WJSN’s Dayoung Faces Attention Over 12kg Weight Loss

WJSN member Dayoung recently revealed a weight loss of 12kg during her appearance on the YouTube channel Moonbyulida with MAMAMOO’s Moonbyul. As promotions for her new music kicked off, Moonbyul promptly inquired about Dayoung’s impressive transformation.

“I think I lost about 12kg. First I dropped some weight overall, then I toned up the remaining areas. I did the trio of exercise, diet, and body care.”

Dayoung shared her current diet, saying she eats yogurt every day and recommended a Greek yogurt store to Moonbyul. She also revealed that she has been eating oatmeal for breakfast and regularly posts her Pilates sessions on Instagram.

Greek yogurt is high in protein, containing about 11g per 100g, which helps maintain fullness. Meanwhile, oatmeal is rich in fiber and essential nutrients, aiding digestion and helping with weight management. Pilates, which Dayoung incorporates into her routine, sculpts the body and boosts fat-burning.
