HI-BOYZ from 'Resident Playbook' to perform on 'M Countdown'

The fictional idol group HI-BOYZ from the drama ‘Resident Playbook‘ is set to make their live debut.

On May 16, News1 Korea announced that HI-BOYZ will appear on Mnet’s music show ‘M Countdown‘, with details being finalized. A representative from the show confirmed, stating, “It’s true that HI-BOYZ from Resident Playbook will be on the show,” adding they are scheduled for the May 22 broadcast.

In ‘Resident Playbook‘, TXT members Yeonjun and Soobin made cameo appearances as former bandmates of Um Jae Il, portrayed by Kang You Seok, who was part of HI-BOYZ before their disbandment.

Fans are eager to see the drama’s fictional group perform live. The final two episodes of ‘Resident Playbook‘ will air on May 17 and 18 at 9:20 p.m. KST, while ‘M Countdown‘ airs every Thursday at 6 p.m. KST.
