BIGBANG’s G-Dragon Inadvertently Leaves Fan in a Bind
A Malaysian fan of BIGBANG‘s G-Dragon faces a ticketing disaster ahead of his upcoming concert. Instead of landing tickets for the highly-anticipated show in Singapore, she ended up purchasing tickets to see Kenny G.
Piann Lee shared her ticketing mishap on Xiaohongshu. "I thought I was lucky! I got in (to the ticketing page), picked my seat and paid!" she exclaimed.
Things took a turn when her confirmation email revealed she scored tickets for Kenny G’s concert on July 8, rather than G-Dragon’s set for October 3.
“I made a fool of myself!” she added.
Lee spent RM875 (around $205 USD) on two tickets. Instead of selling her “Kenny G-Dragon” tickets, she plans to attend the concert with her husband, who isn’t a G-Dragon fan but is actually interested in Kenny G’s music.
"I’ll go and watch his concert with my husband. I’m very happy nevertheless," Lee stated.
The mix-up has turned into a lighthearted story, as netizens share their reactions online.
