BTS’s Jin has made another headline by purchasing a luxury home in Yongsan-gu — and he paid in cash.
On June 5, reports confirmed Jin bought a unit at Hannam The Hill for ₩17.5 billion KRW (about $12.8 million USD) without taking out a loan.
Hannam The Hill is known as Korea’s most expensive luxury apartment complex. It has 32 buildings and 600 units, floors ranging from B1 to 12. The site was formerly Dankook University and houses many political figures and celebrities.
This isn’t Jin’s first purchase at Hannam The Hill.

Back in 2019, he bought a unit for around ₩4.40 billion KRW (about $3.23 million USD). Later the same year, he snagged another unit for roughly ₩4.20 billion KRW (about $3.08 million USD).
