G-DRAGON Denies Dating Rumors with Lee Joo-yeon
G-DRAGON (지드래곤) is facing dating rumors once again, this time involving actress Lee Joo-yeon (이주연). On June 6, his agency, Galaxy Corporation, released a statement flatly stating,
“We would like to state clearly that the recent dating rumors involving G-DRAGON and Lee Joo-yeon are not true.”
The controversy erupted after Lee Joo-yeon posted a selfie with a cat, where fans noted the background resembled G-DRAGON’s home, igniting speculation about their relationship.
This isn’t the first time these two have been linked. Dating rumors first surfaced in 2017, with a total of five occasions where both parties denied any romantic ties, citing they were either “just close colleagues” or kept their personal lives private.
Recently, G-DRAGON also faced rumors about dating TWICE’s Sana (사나). At that time, his agency clarified their relationship, stating,
“They met through filming the YouTube content ‘Dex and Sana’s Cold Interview’, and that’s the extent of their relationship.”
