Go Youn Jung and Kang You Seok took a reward trip to Bali after their hit drama Resident Playbook wrapped.
Resident Playbook ended on May 18, 2025, hitting a peak nationwide viewership rating of 8.1% among paid households, according to Nielsen Korea. The cast and production team headed to Bali on May 26 as a group vacation for the drama’s success.
Go Youn Jung and Kang You Seok joined the group later due to scheduling conflicts. They shared photos from the trip on their Instagram accounts, @goyounjung and @youseok_.
The actors were greeted by hotel staff with special pamphlets and merchandise. Kang You Seok received a shirt featuring his character Um Jae Il.
They posed by the iconic “I LOVE BALI” sign, showing off casual looks.
Go Youn Jung enjoyed playing tennis and shopping for dresses. Kang You Seok climbed an adventure path and indulged in a dinner out.
The trip appeared to be a well-deserved break for both actors after the drama’s success.
