Rosé Sets New K-Pop Billboard Hot 100 Record with ‘Apt.’, Surpassing BTS’s Jimin

Rosé Billboard Record

Rosé is smashing records yet again! The BLACKPINK member has landed on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 for a whopping 34 consecutive weeks with her track “Apt.” featuring Bruno Mars.

Billboard confirmed this on June 17, reporting “Apt.” holding steady at No. 24. This breaks the previous record of 33 weeks set by BTS‘s Jimin with “Who.”

With this feat, Rosé now holds the title for the longest-charting song by a K-pop artist on the Billboard Hot 100. The track, released in October last year ahead of her debut solo album rosie, has seen incredible staying power, making history for female K-pop soloists as well.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is gearing up for their first full-group activities in over a year, including a world tour starting in July. Fans can expect 31 shows in 16 cities and a new single on the way!
