Seungyeop announces departure from E’LAST amid ongoing controversy
E’LAST member Seungyeop has confirmed he’s no longer part of the group. On June 21, he went live on his personal Instagram to reveal his exclusive contract ended on June 20, 2025.
He stated clearly:
“Not an E’LAST member. I’m not a member of E’LAST anymore. I’m no longer a part. Not in the member lineup anymore. I’m promoting by myself now. My exclusive contract was terminated. It’s over. The contract was terminated on June 20, 2025. I no longer have a contract with E Entertainment as of that day.”

This announcement follows E’LAST’s recent comeback with their mini-album Versus on May 2, which featured only six members.
The group remains under scrutiny after allegations that their agency, E Entertainment, was involved with a controversial South Korean church cult. This sparked boycotts and uncertainty around the group’s future.
Seungyeop’s exit adds to the drama surrounding E’LAST as fans continue to monitor the situation closely.
For now, Seungyeop is set to pursue solo activities after his contract ended.
Fans and industry watchers are keeping an eye on how this will impact E’LAST going forward.
