Kim Sae Ron’s former manager files defamation lawsuit against YouTuber
The late Kim Sae Ron’s ex-manager “K” has officially filed a complaint against YouTuber Kwon Young Chan for defamation and insult.
Kwon repeatedly accused “K” of “embezzlement of hospital fees” and “grooming” the late actress on his YouTube channel.
“These are false facts, and there will be no leniency,” said “K” in response.
On June 19, “K” submitted a complaint to Seocho Police Station under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Kwon claims he reported “K” to the police on behalf of Kim Sae Ron’s bereaved family for public interest purposes.
He alleges that “a month after Kim Sae Ron’s death on March 14, there was an outpatient treatment record at the hospital under the deceased’s name. This is information that is inaccessible to anyone other than immediate family.”
Kwon also targeted surgery payments, claiming:
