Rapper and TV star Lee Youngji has shed a whopping 13kg, revealing how she did it in a recent Vogue Korea video. Fans are quickly loving her fresh, healthier look.

The first big change? No more delivery food. Lee Youngji said delivery meals are “loaded with salt, fat, and carbs,” and made her gain weight. She switched to home-cooked meals instead, cutting calories and bloating.

For breakfast, she drinks a smoothie made of banana, milk, cabbage, and tomato. Full of fiber, it keeps her full longer and helps digestion, especially on an empty stomach.

She adds morning cardio, like walking or jogging, before eating. Lee Youngji says this beats sluggish mornings and boosts metabolism.

Pilates plus running is her main workout combo. This mix keeps her consistent and toned. She snacks on a banana post-workout to refuel.

But she doesn’t go extreme. Lee Youngji allows one weekly cheat meal to enjoy whatever she wants.

She opened up on her past struggles with food control and bingeing:

“I used to blame myself for not being able to control my eating, and that just led to more bingeing. It was painful. Instead of trying to lose weight fast or keep the weight off with crazy routines, I wanted to fix the root problem and build better eating habits.”

Lee Youngji first rose to fame winning High School Rapper 3 and was the first woman to claim victory on Show Me the Money 11. She’s known for hits like “I’m the ONE” and “Dark Room” and her real, unfiltered style.
