The K-Pop Girl Group That Broke Up Only Five Days After Debuting

The K-Pop Girl Group That Disbanded Just 5 Days After Debut

SOLIA disbands just five days after debut

Girl group SOLIA shocked fans by disbanding only five days after their debut. The five-member group under Space Music Entertainment debuted on August 17, 2021 with their digital single “Dream.”

On August 22, their official Instagram announced the sudden breakup, blaming unspecified “company circumstances.” The statement expressed regret and thanked fans for their brief support.

Space Music Entertainment later clarified the split was due to differences in vision among members Soree, Hayeon, Suna, Soyeon, and Eunbi. Conflicting opinions about their careers led to disbandment.

“The group reportedly had conflicting opinions about their future direction, leading to the decision to disband and allow each member to pursue their own paths.”

Despite the brief run, SOLIA attracted attention for their visuals and choreography. Their debut track “Dream” remains on streaming platforms and YouTube, now drawing curious views due to the group’s ultra-short career.
