Saja Boys just joined BTS history on Spotify with “Your Idol.”
Netflix’s hit movie KPop Demon Hunters continues to smash records, topping film charts in 22 countries worldwide since its June 20 release.
The film’s music is also making waves. Saja Boys’ track “Your Idol” has climbed to No. 8 on the U.S Spotify chart as of June 26. This puts them alongside BTS, who are still the only Korean group to break into Spotify’s U.S. top ten with hits like “Dynamite” and “Boy With Luv.”
Technically, Saja Boys are the first fifth generation K-pop group to hit this milestone.
The movie KPop Demon Hunters centers on a K-pop girl group who fight demons, with the rival boy group—Saja Boys—pulling listeners in with their standout music.
