Yuna of ITZY is making waves! She’s set to make her acting debut in the upcoming tvN drama ‘Miss Undercover Boss.’
On July 1 KST, a production source confirmed, > “Yuna will be appearing in ‘Miss Undercover Boss.’”
The show is a retro-style office comedy set in the late 1990s during the IMF financial crisis. It follows elite investigator Hong Geum-bo (played by Park Shin Hye), who goes undercover as a 20-year-old high school graduate at a securities firm.
Yuna will portray Hong Jang-mi, Hong Geum-bo’s lively younger sister. Her character is described as charming and bubbly, bringing plenty of charisma to the series.
This marks Yuna’s first official acting role. She recently finished promotions for ITZY’s 10th mini album “GIRLS WILL BE GIRLS,” released on June 9. Filming for the drama has already begun.
ITZY is also gearing up for a performance at Waterbomb Seoul 2025 on July 4 at the KINTEX Outdoor Global Stage in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
