ITZY’s Yuna lands first acting role in tvN’s new K-Drama “Miss Undercover Boss”

ITZY’s Yuna is set to make her K-Drama acting debut in the upcoming tvN series Miss Undercover Boss, according to an exclusive report from Osen on July 1 KST.

The drama, set during the late-1990s IMF crisis, is an office comedy focused on Hong Geum Bo, a 30-year-old elite inspector who goes undercover to investigate corruption in a securities firm. Yuna will play the role of Park Shin Hye’s character’s younger sister.

Park Shin Hye will star as Hong Geum Bo. After her hit role in Judge from Hell, Park will portray an undercover rookie employee at Hanmin Securities.

Go Kyung Pyo takes the male lead as Shin Jung Woo, the new CEO of Hanmin Securities and a cold management consultant. His character gets tangled up with Geum Bo’s undercover identity, who resembles his ex-girlfriend.

Ha Yoon Kyung, known for See You in My 19th Life and Extraordinary Attorney Woo, will play Go Bok Hee, personal secretary to Go Kyung Pyo’s character and a dorm mate of Geum Bo.

Jo Han Gyeol will appear as Albert Oh, the chairman’s grandson who is a cinephile uninterested in corporate work but known for causing chaos.

The series is directed by Park Sun Ho (Wok Of Love, Business Proposal, Drunken Romance) and written by Moon Hyun Kyung.

Miss Undercover Boss is scheduled to air in the first half of 2026. Fans are already buzzing over the star-studded cast and Yuna’s acting debut.
