Major Clue About BTS Jungkook’s Upcoming Solo Plans Generates Varied Responses

Big Hint At BTS Jungkook's Future Solo Activities Sparks Mixed Reactions

BTS fans are split over rumors of Jungkook’s solo world tour after a new cryptic clue surfaced.

On July 3, Soundcat In-Ears posted about custom in-ear monitors made for Jungkook, featuring a golden mirror plate — likely nodding to his first solo album, Golden.

This caught attention because previous BTS members who toured solo had their in-ear designs revealed just before tour announcements. For example, Jin’s new design dropped on April 9, followed by his tour announcement eight days later.

Fans quickly connected the dots, sparking hopeful speculation that Jungkook is gearing up for his own solo tour.

Fans reacted with excitement:

“SO JUNGKOOK IS COMING???? SOLO WORLD TOUR???” — @archivekukk
“JUNGKOOK SOLO WORLD TOUR” — @rapperjk
“JUNGKOOK IS COMING SOON WORLD TOUR” — @heartforjeonguk

However, not all fans are happy with the fanbase reaction to the prospect of a Jungkook solo tour. Some have called out negativity and asked for him to receive the same warm support given to other members.

“With BTS preparing for a full-group comeback next spring, it’s been encouraging to see members reconnect with fans through both solo and group content. Jin and J-Hope were warmly welcomed back with solo projects, fan meetings, and even tours shortly after their discharge and…” — @kookpiics

"putting the world tour poster in the mv for the main track of his album and zooming into the poster at the mv shoot sketch and yet some people really think that jungkook doesn’t want to go on tour???" — @jeonsfairyy

“Wanting a solo tour for #Jungkook doesn’t mean wanting to separate him from BTS. It means wishing for him the same opportunities that every other member has already received. Jungkook deserves more. Not just as BTS’s Golden maknae, but as an independent Global artist.” — @JK_CISteam

No official announcement about Jungkook’s solo plans has been made yet.

Meanwhile, BTS is reportedly planning a new group album for 2026 and a group tour. Jin is actively touring with his Run Seokjin Ep. tour, and solo activities for other members continue. Fans remain on edge for more updates.
