Ahn Hyo Seop is creating buzz after his appearance on the latest episode of The Seasons – Park Bo Gum’s Cantabile.
The July 11 episode featured various guests, including singer Jung Yong Hwa and rookie group HITGS. Ahn Hyo Seop met Park Bo Gum in person for the first time and showcased a special collaborative stage.
Ahn performed three songs: "Gather My Tears," "Love in My Arms," and "Thanks," with Park Bo Gum on piano. Check out their performance below:
During their chat, Ahn opened up about voicing Jinu in the hit Netflix animated film K-Pop Demon Hunters.
“This was the first time I acted in English. I was really nervous, but it was really fun. I enjoy animations, so I enjoyed watching the production process.” – Ahn Hyo Seop
Park Bo Gum probed further into the challenges of voice acting.
“It must’ve been difficult, since you had to act basically alone. But it’s so amazing how you pulled it off so awesomely. It’s so impressive and cool.” – Park Bo Gum
Ahn also shared how he recorded his lines after listening to the other cast’s performances.
“I received a recording (of the other actors), and had to act after listening to it.” – Ahn Hyo Seop
K-Pop Demon Hunters has taken the world by storm since its release on June 20. It ranked No. 1 in 22 countries within one day of its Netflix premiere. The soundtrack also climbed to No. 3 on the Billboard 200 chart.
