Soyou is turning heads with her dramatic weight loss—she’s dropped 10kg since January.
On the July 19 episode of SBS PowerFM’s 2 O’Clock Escape Cultwo Show, Soyou revealed how her diet took off this year.

Her secret? The “Cucumber Boat,” a high-protein, low-calorie dish she swears by.
The recipe is simple: scoop out a cucumber and fill it with shredded chicken breast mixed with a healthy sauce. Soyou shared the full recipe on her YouTube channel Soyougi.
The sauce combines peanut sauce, dark soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Chinese vinegar, and perilla powder—a fiber-rich superfood known for helping with satiety and fat burning thanks to omega-3s.
Cucumbers add bulk with just 12–13 kcal per 100g. Chicken breast packs 23g protein per 100g, helping muscle maintenance during weight loss.
