Han said,
“I don’t eat anything in the morning. I go running on an empty stomach. There are actually a lot of people running in this extreme heat.”
She emphasized diet as the key, saying it accounts for 90% of her weight maintenance. Her eating habits include practicing intermittent fasting and finishing meals by 7:30 p.m.
“I run on an empty stomach in the morning. I practice intermittent fasting — I finish eating by 7:30 p.m. and then stay fasting afterward.”
Han limits herself to half a bowl of brown rice instead of white and now maintains a weight of just 46kg.
