aespa has made a spectacular mark in Japan with their inaugural fan meeting, sparking enthusiastic responses from their dedicated fans. The event, titled ‘MY-J presents aespa JAPAN FANMEETING 2025 ‘To MY WORLD’, took place on May 24 and 25 at the Pia Arena MM in Yokohama, where members connected closely with their Japanese supporters.
The excitement peaked when aespa surprised the crowd with the announcement of their upcoming third arena tour, kicking off on October 4 in Fukuoka. Fans can look forward to a total of 10 performances across four major cities—Tokyo, Aichi, and Osaka—making this tour one not to miss.



The fan meeting opened with an electrifying performance of their first Japanese digital single ‘ZOOM ZOOM’, followed by their chart-topping hits ‘Supernova’ and ‘Whiplash’, as well as their Japanese debut, ‘Hot Mess’. The group’s mesmerizing stage presence and flawless choreography left the audience in awe.
In a light-hearted segment filled with games, the members divided into teams and navigated the venue in moving carts, creating unforgettable moments as they engaged with fans in Japanese. Their efforts were met with enthusiastic cheers and heartfelt encouragement, fostering an atmosphere of joy and camaraderie.
With their growing popularity in Japan, aespa recently achieved remarkable milestones, including two wins at the 39th Japan Gold Disc Awards, and becoming the first female artist to earn four awards at MTV’s Video Music Awards Japan (VMAJ). Most recently, they clinched the title of “Best Song Asia” at the Music Awards Japan, solidifying their influence and presence in the Japanese entertainment scene.
