ILLIT’s reunion with ALLDAY Project’s Youngseo sparks buzz after Inkigayo win
ILLIT turned heads on June 29 with their big win on Inkigayo for “Do The Dance.” They took first place over WOODZ’s “Drowning” and Maktub’s “Starting With You.” This marked ILLIT’s second win for the comeback, pushing their total music show trophies to 14.
Fans celebrated ILLIT as one of the 5th generation groups with the most wins, tied with BOYNEXTDOOR and just behind ZEROBASEONE with 15 wins and TWS with 14.
The spotlight quickly shifted to a surprise reunion. Youngseo from ALLDAY Project, an R U Next? alum who was initially selected to debut with ILLIT but left before debut, appeared at the event. She smiled and bounced along with the group during their encore stage.
Bang Jeemin from izna, also a contestant on R U Next?, showed visible excitement. He hugged ILLIT’s Yunah and jumped around during the celebration.
