IHOTEU’s Mina exits amid scandal as agency CEO caught cheating

IHOTEU is facing major backlash after reports revealed JDB Entertainment’s CEO was having an extramarital affair with Mina, a member of the girl group under EFG Music, a JDB subsidiary.

The scandal broke in a TenAsia exclusive exposing the CEO’s infidelity with Mina, sparking immediate fallout.

Soon after, IHOTEU’s official social media confirmed Mina’s departure from the group. The two remaining members, Negi and Amu, will continue group activities.

Shortly after, the group announced all members decided to terminate their contracts with EFG Music over "respective artistic direction and emotional wellbeing." Mina’s exit was described as a “graduation” following a mutual agreement with the company.

EFG Music clarified the CEO is not involved in these decisions. Internal staff are managing responses. The label will pause all activities temporarily while reviewing their future, including possible shutdown, pending legal consultation.

Despite the turmoil, Negi and Amu will fulfill all scheduled performances with agency support.
