BLACKPINK is facing backlash over their dance performance during the first two shows of their DEADLINE tour in Goyang.
Fans had been worried as the tour kicked off, pointing out the members seemed unprepared. Some fans even claimed the group hadn’t started practicing before the comeback and tour.

The controversy surged after a clip surfaced showing the group’s choreography for “Forever Young.” Netizens slammed the members for a “lack of energy” and poor synchronization. Comments called the performance disappointing after three years of downtime, saying it looked more like four soloists than a cohesive group.

Despite mixed reactions over the group choreography, many still praised BLACKPINK for reuniting on stage.
