BOYNEXTDOOR Reaches New Career High in First Week Album Sales with ‘No Genre’

BOYNEXTDOOR achieves new career high in first week album sales with 'No Genre'

In an impressive display of growth, BOYNEXTDOOR has shattered their own personal sales record with the release of their fourth mini-album, ‘No Genre,’ which hit the shelves on May 13. According to Hanteo Chart, the album sold a whopping 1,166,419 copies in its opening week, reflecting a remarkable leap from their previous release, ‘19.99,’ which sold 750,000 copies during its debut week. This notable increase of approximately 1.5 times showcases the group’s skyrocketing popularity.

The success doesn’t stop with album sales. Their title track, “I Feel Good,” has made waves on digital music charts, landing high on Melon’s Top 100 as of May 14. Meanwhile, BOYNEXTDOOR’s earlier hit, the digital single “IF I SAY, I LOVE YOU,” released in January, continues to dominate the charts, solidifying their stronghold in the industry.

Their influence also resonates across the sea. In Japan, the ‘No Genre’ album clinched the No. 1 spot on Oricon’s Daily Album Ranking for the second day in a row. Additionally, the title track is making its mark on Line Music’s ‘Daily Song Top 100,’ illustrating BOYNEXTDOOR’s growing international appeal.

On the promotional front, the group is gearing up for an exciting comeback, with plans to appear on various music shows and contribute to upcoming YouTube content, keeping fans eagerly engaged.
