BTS Soars Again with ‘ON’ Surpassing 500 Million Streams on Spotify

BTS continues to dominate the global music scene as their hit track “ON” officially surpassed 500 million streams on Spotify. The milestone was confirmed on June 6.

“ON,” from their album MAP OF THE SOUL: 7, released in February 2020, is now the group’s 16th track to cross this impressive benchmark. This highlights their streaming prowess, even during military service.

The song made waves globally, hitting No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and No. 21 on the UK Official Singles Chart. Its powerful message and high-energy performance have resonated with fans worldwide.

In addition to “ON,” BTS has 127 tracks with over 100 million streams on Spotify, including massive hits like “Dynamite,” which boasts over 2 billion streams.

Album Feats and Military Updates

MAP OF THE SOUL: 7 also topped the Billboard 200 and UK Official Albums Chart, solidifying BTS’s status as global icons.

In more exciting news for ARMYs, group members RM and V will be discharged from active duty on June 10, while Jimin and Jungkook complete their military service on June 11. SUGA wraps up his service on June 21, marking the end of all BTS members’ military obligations.

Fans are eagerly anticipating a full-group comeback in the latter half of 2025, counting the days until BTS is back together on stage.
