BTS is taking over Goyang City! Major events are set for June, celebrating their 12th anniversary.
J-Hope will have the final performance of his solo world tour, ‘J-Hope Tour ‘HOPE ON THE STAGE’ FINAL’, at the Goyang Sports Complex on June 13th and 14th. This wraps up a tour that has already hit key cities in North America and Asia.
Meanwhile, the city is hosting the offline event for ‘2025 BTS FESTA’ at KINTEX Exhibition Center II, marking the first time this celebration will unfold in Goyang.
“This demonstrates the cultural infrastructure and future potential of Goyang,” the city commented.
Photo spots themed around BTS will pop up all over the city, including Ilsan Lake Park and the Goyang Tourist Information Center. Visitors can snap memories in these special locations.
Jin will launch his first solo fan concert, ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR’, at the Goyang Sports Complex on June 28th and 29th. This is the starting point for his global tour with more stops planned in Asia and the Americas.
The city is gearing up with traffic plans, safety measures, and shuttle buses for international fans.
“We sincerely thank BTS, Korea’s representative artists, for choosing Goyang,” said Mayor Lee Dong-hwan.
