Jin, a member of BTS and solo artist, has achieved impressive sales with his new album, ‘Echo,’ which was released on May 16. According to data from the Hanteo chart, the album sold around 720,000 copies on its first day.
This marks Jin’s second-highest first-day sales, trailing behind his debut solo album, ‘Happy,’ which sold approximately 850,000 copies on its release. Furthermore, ‘Echo‘ is now the second-best-selling K-Pop album of 2025 and the tenth-highest among solo male K-Pop artists in Hanteo’s history.
With ‘Echo,’ Jin joins an elite group of artists, as he now has three albums—’The Astronaut,’ ‘Happy,’ and ‘Echo‘—each with over 700,000 first-day sales, making him the first Korean solo artist to reach this milestone.
The mini-album features tracks such as "Don’t Say You Love Me," "Nothing Without Your Love," and "Loser (feat. Yena)." For more information, visit Jin’s official page on Wikipedia.
