RM and V are back! They’ve officially completed their military service, signaling a major milestone for BTS fans everywhere.
On June 10, around 1,500 fans gathered outside HYBE headquarters in Yongsan, Seoul, to celebrate their return. Excitement was in the air! Fans from Japan, China, the U.S., and beyond waved banners and signs. The streets sparkled with purple outfits and BTS-themed decor, including celebratory trucks displaying messages on electronic billboards.
RM and V enlisted in December 2023, serving in the 15th Infantry Division’s military band and 2nd Corps Military Police Special Mission Unit, respectively. Their discharge event in Chuncheon drew 200 international fans ready to welcome them home.
With RM and V now back, Jimin and Jungkook are set to complete their service on June 11. Suga follows on June 21. Last year, Jin and J-Hope were already discharged and have resumed solo activities.
As anticipation builds for BTS’s full comeback, HYBE’s stock surged to 310,000 KRW, hitting a 52-week high.
HYBE headquarters is decked out with a “WE ARE BACK” banner. It will be up until June 29, just in time for BTS’s 12th debut anniversary on June 13.
