BTS’s J-Hope names IVE as his military service lifesaver
BTS’s J-Hope opened up on the SBS Inkigayo YouTube series about which group kept him going during his military service.
He revealed he listened to a lot of IVE songs while serving, calling the girl group “the real king” for soldiers.
J-Hope praised IVE’s track “Off the Record” as his favorite and even surprised host IVE’s Leeseo by recalling a scene from the music video.
He pointed out that his military juniors would be shocked to see him sitting next to IVE on the show.
My military juniors are probably going crazy right now. They are going to be surprised to see IVE sitting next to me. Are you guys watching? This is the type of person I am!

J-Hope also thanked IVE’s music for bringing comfort to soldiers in service.
For soldiers, IVE is the real king.
