BTS’ Jungkook warns intruders after recent break-ins at his home.
On September 1, during a birthday live, Jungkook confronted a woman in her 40s caught by police after breaking into his residence. He monitored the situation through his home CCTV.
“I was watching everything on my home CCTV. When I heard the police arriving, (the intruder) tried to rush out through the underground parking lot but was eventually caught. She said she was my friend. ARMYs are like family and friends, but I had to make it clear—being supportive is one thing, but what’s wrong is wrong.” – Jungkook
He issued a clear warning to potential trespassers.
“If you come, I’ll lock you in. Everything is recorded as evidence, and you’ll be dragged away. If you step into my parking lot without my permission, you’ll be trapped until I open the door. CCTV is everywhere. Unless you want to end up at the police station, don’t ever come in.” – Jungkook
Yongsan Police confirmed a Korean woman identified as “A” was arrested on August 31 around 11:20 p.m. after entering Jungkook’s detached home parking lot. Police are investigating her motive.
This is not the first incident. On June 11, shortly after Jungkook’s military discharge, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested for repeatedly trying to enter Jungkook’s home by pressing his front door password.
Jungkook is taking no chances. The authorities are actively monitoring the situation.
