Taehyung served in the elite Counter-Terrorism Unit of the Military Police Special Task Force, rising to the rank of Sergeant. His attitude and discipline earned him praise from peers and superiors.
In his discharge speech, he said,
“I think my time in the military was a period for me to reflect and realign both my body and mind. I feel I’ve rebuilt myself physically and mentally, and now I want to run straight to ARMY as soon as possible.”
