Former EXO member Huang Zitao and singer Xu Yiyang, both ex-SM Entertainment trainees, announced plans for a “wedding of the century” on a recent variety show.
“Xu Yiyang and I will hold our wedding this October,” Huang Zitao confirmed.
Rumors about a secret pregnancy surfaced ahead of the announcement but were firmly denied by both sides.
The couple has spent six months preparing what they promise to be a lavish event, on par with star weddings like Jay Chou and Huang Xiaoming. Over 100 fans will attend with special seating arrangements. They’re also considering a livestream so more fans can join virtually.
