Song Joong Ki’s luxury Hawaii condo revealed on tVN’s Free Doctor
Song Joong Ki is grabbing attention after details about his foreign real estate portfolio dropped on tVN’s Free Doctor.
The actor and his wife, Katy Louise Saunders, own a third home in Hawaii. The condo, purchased in December 2019 for $2.28 million, features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and panoramic views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.
Ahn Jin Yong, one of the show’s hosts, said:
“I believe Song Joong Ki has been living in Rome, Italy, ever since his wife gave birth [to their first child]. Song Joong Ki has several homes. He has homes in Seoul, Rome, and in Hawaii.”
A real estate specialist added:
“Hawaii’s real estate is more expensive than the average American home. Song Joong Ki purchased the home in December 2019 for $2.28 million dollars. The residence is a condominium with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Song Joong Ki’s residence has panoramic views of Diamond Head and Waikiki Beach.”
The couple tied the knot in January 2023. They welcomed their first child in June 2023 and their second child in November 2024.
