Super Junior gears up for JTBC’s Knowing Bros to mark their 20th debut anniversary.
Leader Leeteuk brought chills with a nostalgic move — riding a group bus like they did back in 2005.
We took the group bus to go to work today. We used to promote while riding a bus in 2005, so I came up with the idea to return to our roots and ride a bus today.
— Leeteuk
Expect candid moments as the members spill on how they’ve stayed tight for two decades.
Kyuhyun opened up on prepping for their new album, revealing a strict dance class setup.
We practiced by dividing the members into the advanced dance class, the beginning dance class, and everyone else, so I was a bit intimidated.
Siwon chipped in with the tough reality after the “honors class” finished.
After the honors class finished, it was hard because all the choreography had changed.
Behind the scenes, Ryeowook drives the new promotions, pushing schedules even reluctant members resisted.
Siwon gave credit where it’s due for the longevity of the group.
It was definitely thanks to our leader, Leeteuk, that we were able to maintain our team for 20 years. If it weren’t for him, we would have ended long ago.
— Siwon
Kyuhyun added that Eunhyuk stepped up as sub-leader when Leeteuk hit rough patches.
This new album contains nine songs corresponding to the number of members. The title song is excellent, and I think it’s a song that will quench the thirst we’ve had for many years. We are working hard to show the performance.
— Eunkyuk
