Sung Si Kyung is facing backlash after a viral video showed him receiving expensive treatments at a friend’s wife’s dermatology clinic.
The clip revealed Sung Si Kyung consulting on treatments ranging from 770,000 KRW (~$554 USD) up to 3,300,000 KRW (~$2,376 USD). He ultimately chose Ulthera and Thermage procedures costing a total of 7,260,000 KRW (~$5,227 USD).
When asked if he’d pay in installments, he said he would pay the full amount upfront.
Netizens quickly accused the clinic of taking advantage of the star’s celebrity status.

“They are appearing on Sung Si Kyung’s YouTube channel, so even if it’s not PPL, they should have at least been honest with the prices…”

The video already gained nearly 100,000 views on Korean community sites, sparking debate around fairness and pricing in celebrity clinics.
