Hearts2Hearts security faces backlash after violently assaulting a fan at the airport. The incident went viral, showing the bodyguard aggressively pushing a fan who approached the members.
The fan has now spoken out, revealing serious injuries from the assault. She was diagnosed with cervical sprain, lumbar sprain, a cracked arm bone, contusions on her arm and head, and bleeding in her brain. Doctors estimated a four-week recovery period.
“I was diagnosed with cervical sprain, lumbar sprain, sprain and contusion of the right upper arm, and sprain and contusion of the head. A four-week recovery period. But it’s fine.
Even though I wasn’t pushed repeatedly from the airport entrance, and there wasn’t even an attempt at physical contact. It’s fine.
My arm bone is cracked, and there’s bleeding in my brain, but still, it’s fine.”

Despite the severity, the fan has chosen not to press charges to protect the group’s reputation.
“I’m only 20 years old. Yes, I made some mistakes too…
But honestly, don’t you think there’s something off about treating a 20-year-old girl like she’s some kind of dangerous criminal being arrested and then putting out a statement like that, as if nothing’s wrong?
Both the lawyers, the doctors, and even the lead investigator told me I should press charges. But I’m choosing not to, not because I think what the security did was justified self-defense, but because I don’t want the artist to get hate.”

Netizens are flooding social media with support for the fan, expressing shock at her injuries and sympathy for her decision.
Comments include:
“Wow… those bruises…”
“Those injuries must’ve hurt so much… She’s only 20… just imagine how terrifying it must’ve been.”
“Insane.”
“Suing is exhausting and stressful. If she doesn’t want to, people shouldn’t pressure her.”
“SM lying like that is seriously disgusting. Compensate the victim immediately.”
The situation remains tense as the fan recovers and the agency faces mounting criticism.
