TXT member Soobin dropped a bombshell about brutal trainee days that’s igniting fury among fans.
In a recent Weverse livestream, Soobin revealed that corporal punishment was common during training. He and groupmate Taehyun admitted they were often hit as punishment for struggling with choreography.
Soobin said they were middle schoolers forced to learn a tough SEVENTEEN dance after only a week or two of practice. They tried learning the moves at half speed but couldn’t nail it.
Taehyun confirmed they got hit for not dancing well.

Soobin added some trainees got hit even worse for lagging behind. He stressed that this form of punishment isn’t allowed anymore.
