Screenshots of Xinyu’s messages to fans went viral showing her firmly stating that Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong are all part of China. She asserted the “One China” principle in her comments.

“It’s not about being rigorous.
Macau has always been a part of China.
Hong Kong and Taiwan as well.”
When some fans warned her to be cautious with the sensitive topic, Xinyu doubled down, telling dissenters not to follow her.

The “One China” stance is hotly disputed by many in Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
