Fans and netizens are baffled by the wording, especially the phrase “unexpected physical collision.” Many questioned if Starship was trying to hint at an internal fight.
“Even if they’re trying to do noise marketing, why would they go for something that would ruin the artist’s image?”
“Who puts out a statement like that?”
“The notice is so dumb.”
Others pointed out the odd choice of words, noting “physical collision” usually implies a fight, not a simple accident.
“‘Physical collision’ usually implies they fought — they should’ve just said they bumped into each other or something.”
“Seems like they’re subtly saying, ‘Don’t criticize the company — the members ran into each other, not our fault.’ But honestly, even so… seriously?”
“From the way the announcement’s worded, you’d think there was an actual fight. Why not just say it was a minor injury?”
