Stray Kids’ Hyunjin’s fansite run by former SBS Inkigayo photographer sparks big reaction
A former SBS Inkigayo photographer shocked fans by revealing they became the official fansite master for Stray Kids’ Hyunjin.
The ex-photographer, known as Hignifiant, posted on Twitter on June 4, 2023:
"안녕하세요 구 ㅇㄱ홈마
현 현진홈마 히니피앙입니다앙
잘 부탁드립니다앙 종종 고화질
4K 사진 많이 많이 올려볼게요"
— Hignifiant
Roughly translated, the message says:
"Hello, this is Inki (Inkigayo) former master currently the master of Hyunjin’s fansite, Hignifiant. Please take care of me. Will often upload a lot, a lot photos in 4K!"
Fans were stunned. Many noted inkigayo photographers have long been known to adore Hyunjin for consistently giving great shots. They expressed pride that a former official photographer chose to support Hyunjin as a dedicated fansite.
One fan tweeted:
"woah? i’m well aware that inkigayo’s photographers adore him due to the fact that he consistently has the most behind shots among the members, yet i didn’t expect a previous inkigayo photographer to be his fansite, no wonder why the photos were all professionally taken"
— Twitter user @cinnamoonhyune
Another added:
"the fact that out of hundreds of idols, the former inki photographer decide to become hyun’s official fs "
— Twitter user @lostplanet27
The fansite had a run of just 10 months, with the last post dated April 1, 2024.
The revelation came after popular Inkigayo stage photos of groups like ATEEZ, BTS’ Jungkook, and GOT7’s BamBam made fans eagerly await the network’s shoots.
Now the insider’s decision to switch from network photographer to fansite for Hyunjin is one of the year’s standout moments in idol fandom culture.
