Somi then hits incline push-ups for her chest—she notes regular push-ups work too if you want more challenge.
Rear delt flys come next, done either on a machine or with dumbbells.
For shoulders, she uses a Bala ring at a 90-degree angle, pulsing to burn muscles. Dumbbells work as a substitute.
Dumbbell lat raises finish the shoulder exercises, keeping arms slightly forward for proper form.
The session wraps up with sit-ups, upgraded by squeezing a ball between the thighs and placing a half-round foam roller under the back for greater range of motion.
