HYBE accuses Min Hee Jin of orchestrating NJZ parent protest email
HYBE is doubling down on its legal battle with former ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin. In the latest court hearing, HYBE claimed Min orchestrated the email sent by NJZ (formerly NewJeans) members’ parents demanding termination of the group’s exclusive contract.
What was assumed to be an independent move by parents is now alleged to be directed by Min herself. HYBE stated Min ordered ADOR deputies to draft and send the protest email.
HYBE pointed out key details backing their claims: contract termination clauses included, a targeted recipient list, and the phrase “it’s puzzling” — known to be Min’s signature term. Plus, they cited specific orders like “send this to Danielle’s mom” and “revise this to sound like Hyein’s father.”
HYBE called this a clear betrayal.
“These circumstances demonstrate clear contractual grounds for termination. There is no longer any trust between us and the defendant, Min Hee Jin.”
HYBE also confirmed Min’s employment contract was terminated over this incident. The feud over NJZ’s future keeps heating up.
