HYBE has officially launched a global audition to find the next K-pop superstars.
On July 4, HYBE Labels Audition posted on social media about the HYBE MUSIC GROUP AUDITION, featuring a bold poster with a golden ring. The caption said, “A new stage begins. One application, a chance to be evaluated by eight labels.”
This is HYBE‘s first consolidated audition that allows applicants to be considered by all of its eight labels with just one submission.
Participating labels include BigHit Music, BELIFT LAB, Source Music, PLEDIS Entertainment, KOZ Entertainment, ADOR, YG PLUS’s YX Labels, and more.
Adding to the excitement, Grammy-winning producer Ryan Tedder is involved. He’s known for working with global artists and is already teaming up with HYBE on a new boy group project.
The audition is open to anyone born in or after 2007, regardless of nationality or gender. Applicants can showcase talents in singing, dancing, or any specialty skill. Online submissions will be accepted from July 14 to September 7.
In addition, HYBE will host a pop-up event in Japan. It will take place at Mill Gallery & Mill 2ND in Shibuya, Tokyo from August 27 to 30.
With this ambitious audition, HYBE is dedicated to finding the next wave of global talent, aiming to follow in the footsteps of K-pop legends like BTS and Seventeen.
