IVE is making headlines after their electrifying performance on Japanese TV.
On June 14, IVE appeared on NHK’s ‘Venue 101,’ marking their first televised performance of the Japanese single ‘DARE ME.’ The members also enjoyed a chat segment, discussing favorite songs from ten years ago and playing fun games.
They looked vibrant in matching red outfits while serving up impressive vocals and choreo featuring benches as props. The coordinated movements between members like Gaeul and Rei, as well as An Yujin and Jang Wonyoung, brought emotional depth to the performance.
‘DARE ME’ has hit multiple charts in Japan, including Billboard Japan’s ‘Hot Shot Songs’ and ‘Download Songs,’ showcasing IVE‘s growing popularity in the market.
The buzz around the group doesn’t stop there. They rocked Japan’s major music events, like ‘Summer Sonic 2024’ and ‘Tokyo Girls Collection,’ and made waves as the first K-pop act to perform at K-Arena Yokohama. Their concert tour ‘IVE SCOUT IN JAPAN’ attracted over 100,000 fans across four cities.
More recently, they wowed fans on the YouTube channel ‘THE FIRST TAKE,’ delivering a flawless live performance of ‘After LIKE.’
Currently, IVE is promoting the sixth season of their reality show ‘1.2.3 IVE,’ continuing to engage fans worldwide.
