IVE is making headlines with their exciting new pop-up event in Seoul, showcasing the official character line ‘MINIVE’. Fans are buzzing with excitement as the group enhances its brand universe in fun and creative ways.
The pop-up, titled ‘MINIVE SCHOOL in SEOUL’, runs from May 22 to June 1 and is set across two vibrant locations in Lotte World Mall. You can check it out at the 1st-floor Atrium or at the 7th-floor Cine Park in Lotte Cinema World Tower.
The ‘MINIVE’ characters are a delightful representation of each IVE member’s unique traits. Fans can enjoy the creativity behind the characters, which were named by the members themselves. An Yujin introduced GANGANJI, Gaeul picked DAL-E, Rei created NAORI, Jang Wonyoung designed CHERRY, Liz named CHEEZ, and Leeseo contributed with ERANG-E.
At the Atrium, pre-registered fans can dive into a merchandise store, while everyone else can explore an interactive experience zone filled with engaging booths themed around the characters. The Cine Park location features another merchandise store, but this one’s by reservation only.
Fans will also find life-size silhouettes of the members, handprint drawings, and a variety of activities that bring the ‘MINIVE’ world to life. The highly sought-after plush dolls, sold out earlier, have been restocked and new exclusive items are now available, leaving attendees thrilled.
On May 24, IVE dropped a ‘MINIVE’ version of their hit music video for ‘ATTITUDE’ on their official YouTube channel. This animated clip cleverly mirrors iconic moments from the original video, including the fan-favorite “Wonyoung turn” and the playful “guinea pig dash,” all while showcasing adorable character choreography.
