TWICE’s Jeongyeon sparks controversy over alleged body editing in “This Is For” MV

TWICE member Jeongyeon is facing backlash as fans accuse JYP Entertainment of digitally altering her body in the new music video for “This Is For.”

Jeongyeon’s crop top scene revealing her waistline went viral. Fans celebrated her confidence, especially after her recent weight loss following medication-related weight gain. However, many quickly noticed discrepancies between her appearance in the official MV and TikTok clips promoting the same song.

On TikTok, Jeongyeon’s figure appears noticeably different from the MV, despite wearing the exact same outfit. A TikTok video where she’s closer to the camera matches the MV look, fueling suspicions that the MV body shape was digitally altered.

Fans pointed to past incidents, such as the “One Spark” music video, where Jeongyeon’s waist was also allegedly edited.

Supporters want Jeongyeon to feel comfortable in her natural shape without company interference. This controversy is gaining traction amid ongoing promotions for the new album.

JYP Entertainment has yet to comment on the editing claims. The situation remains under close watch as fans continue decoding content from the “This Is For” era.
