Son Tae Young is turning heads with her ageless figure — not from drama buzz, but diet secrets. On August 2, the 44-year-old actress posted a video on her YouTube channel Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae Young sharing how she maintains her 48kg (106 lbs) frame without strict dieting.
She revealed her eating habit includes a 14-hour fast every morning. Breakfast is simple: Greek yogurt topped with blueberries and walnuts.
Lunch is the only time she relaxes — from marinated galbi one day to pancakes the next. Dinner, however, stays light with just a protein shake and a boiled egg.
Son addressed dieting directly.
“I’m not on a diet. But when I started eating less at night, I realized my stomach felt much better. It became a habit, and now I don’t need to eat much in the evenings. On weekends, though, I eat whatever I crave.” – Son Tae Young
