K-Pop Girl Group Member Dies Following Alleged Altercation With Husband

The K-Pop Girl Group Member Killed After An Alleged Fight With Husband

Han Jisung of girl group B.Dolls died in a mysterious highway accident in May 2019.

The 28-year-old idol was struck by two vehicles on the Incheon International Airport Expressway at 3:50 a.m. on May 6, 2019. She had pulled over on the highway shoulder and stepped out of the car. Her husband, a lawyer, stayed inside the vehicle.

Police were told by the husband that Han stopped so he could use the bathroom in the bushes. He said he didn’t know why she exited the car.

Han’s husband to police:

"She stopped the car so I could use the bathroom, and I don’t know why she got out."

But CCTV and black box footage raised suspicions. They showed Han leaving the car alone with no sign her husband exited.

A toxicology report found both Han and her husband had been drinking before the incident. Fans and netizens questioned if there was an argument or if the husband was fully truthful.

Despite the doubts, police treated the death as accidental. The strange timeline and conflicting accounts continue to fuel widespread public skepticism.

Han Jisung’s tragic death remains puzzling, with many questions still left unanswered.
